Strategic Work Redesign: Unlocking AI-Driven Productivity and Human Potential

AI is making employees more productive and efficient at what they do today, but organizations must intentionally redesign work in order to fully realize both business and employee outcomes. This session introduces a data-backed approach to strategic work redesign, including principles for blending human and technological contributions to create mutually beneficial jobs for companies and their workers. Based on expert interviews, global employee data, and case study examples, attendees will explore what redesigning work looks like and how redesign efforts can be scaled across the enterprise.
