By hosting gatherings at member headquarters, we replaced rigid settings with open, meaningful dialogue. Our “Come As You Are” philosophy fosters transparency, collaboration, and innovation. Today, The PEER 150 is a premier space where top executives share insights, spark ideas, and drive the future of leadership through genuine, impactful conversations.

Regional Dinner Series

The PEER 150 Regional Dinner Series unites 40-60 top HR leaders for networking, fine dining, and engaging discussions. Hosted at a member’s headquarters, events feature a facility tour and an interactive workshop or presentation. These dinners foster a relaxed, collaborative environment, promoting authentic connections among HR professionals in each region.

Virtual Events & Webinars

The PEER 150 Webinar Series keeps HR leaders connected between regional dinners and our other in-person opportunies, by offering expert insights on today’s most pressing topics. Launched in 2020, these sessions feature industry leaders and two formats: informative webinars or interactive roundtables. Both ensure members stay engaged, informed, and connected throughout the year.

PEER of The Year Awards

The POTY Awards recognize CHROs and Chief People Officers, inside and outside of our Membership, who are driving innovation, fostering impactful workplaces, and shaping the future of HR. These leaders are making a meaningful difference in the HR community. Additionally, we’ll honor the PEER 150 Member who has demonstrated exceptional support and commitment to our community this year.

The PDXYZ Conference

The PDXYZ Experience embodies Portland’s inclusive and unconventional spirit, bringing together top professionals in HR, Marketing, Cybersecurity, and beyond. This 2.5-day event fosters cross-industry collaboration, breaking traditional conference norms with dynamic discussions and cultural immersion.
