Each year, we come together to celebrate the HR leaders who are shaping the future of our profession and uplifting their local communities. This year, we’re proud to host the celebration at the iconic Walt Disney Concert Hall, a fitting backdrop to honor those making extraordinary strides. The PEER of the Year Awards recognize outstanding individuals across five categories: the Culture Creator Award, HR Innovator Award, Operational Excellence Award, Community Impact Award, and Resilient Leadership Award.

Our PEER 150 Team was born and raised in the Portland Area and are proud to call Portland our home. We believe everyone has a hand in reinvigorating the Portland community and it takes action from local leaders to make a difference at the ground level.
