Session Abstract
Discussion Topic: Resiliency Reimagined: Tools for HR Leaders in a Time of Change and Uncertainty
HR leaders shape culture, steward talent, navigate performance challenges, and act as agents of change — all while fostering psychologically safe workplaces. Yet the demands of the role often leave little space to reflect on and build their own capacity.
Resiliency Reimagined invites senior HR professionals to rethink resilience beyond grit and endurance. In today’s volatile and uncertain environment, resilience is not about “bouncing back” — it’s about building the capacity to adapt, stay grounded, and lead with clarity and emotional agility amid constant change.
This interactive program explores why some leaders remain agile, receptive, and fluid in the face of uncertainty while others become rigid or stuck — and what resilience actually looks like in practice. (You might find it is not exactly what you would expect!)
Designed as both a learning experience and a forum for connection, this session creates space for reflection, shared insight, and peer support. Together, HR leaders will invest in themselves, deepen relationships, and leave better equipped to navigate complexity — for their organizations and for their own well-being.
