National Summit Site Visits & Campus Tours

Each year for the National Summit, we coordinate site visits and campus tours with some of the biggest and most innovative companies around. These site visits give attendees exclusive access and an inside look at what makes these organizations exceptional places to work. Through these visits, you’ll learn about innovative workplace practices, unique corporate cultures, and effective HR strategies that drive success.

Over the years, we’ve visited some incredible headquarter buildings, including Red Bull, Facebook, LinkedIn, CLIF Bar, Samsung, The Chase Center/Golden State Warriors, Tesla and many more!

This iconic venue, known for its striking architecture and innovative exhibits, will provide a unique and inspiring backdrop for our retreat. The museum’s vibrant atmosphere will serve as a catalyst for dynamic discussions and innovative thinking

Rover.com Headquarters

Our first site visit during the National Summit will be to Rover.com Headquarters. Rover.com, a leader in the pet care industry, epitomizes innovation and employee engagement, making it a prime example for HR executives looking to glean insights from cutting-edge workplace practices. Participants will tour the headquarters, engage with key leaders, and discover the company’s strategies for fostering a positive and productive work culture. This visit will not only provide practical takeaways but also inspire attendees to implement forward-thinking practices within their own organizations, enhancing the overall impact of the summit.

Stanley 1913 Headquarters

Stanley 1913 will graciously host us for the third and final day of the conference in their stunning headquarters building, which features a beautiful outdoor patio overlooking Seattle’s iconic Sound. This setting will be the perfect backdrop as we hear from our closing keynote speaker, Mark Brown, the Senior Vice President of Global Talent & Inclusion at Starbucks Coffee.

Along with the enriching discussions and networking opportunities, attendees can look forward to taking home plenty of free Stanley tumblers and mugs!
